About 6 Victron Multiplus 48/3000VA 35-16A inverters can work in parallel to archive the best output power. In addition to parallel connection, three units of the same model can be configured for three phase output.
Uninterrupted AC power (UPS function)
In the event of a blackout, or disconnection from the port or generator, the inverter integrated in the Victron Multiplus 48/3000VA 35-16A Inverter automatically activates and assumes the supply to feed the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption.

When coupled with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX) you can monitor and control your Multi and system or systems’ locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world, using the free VRM app and free VRM portal website. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems.

Proven reliability.
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years. The inverter is short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, either due to overload or high ambient temperature.
PowerControl – Dealing with limited generator, shore side or grid power
With the Multi Control Panel a maximum generator or shore current can be set. The Victron Multiplus 48/3000VA 35-16A Inverter will take care of other AC loads and use the excess current for the load, thus avoiding overloading the generator or the port outlet.

When peak power is required for a short period of time, as is often the case, the Victron Multiplus 48/3000VA 35-16A Inverter will immediately compensate for a possible lack of power from the mains or generator with battery power. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery.
Four-stage variable charger and dual battery bank charging
The main output provides a powerful charge to the battery system through advanced “variable charging” software. Software fine-tunes the automatic three-stage process to suit battery conditions and adds a fourth stage for extended periods of float.
In addition, the MultiPlus can charge a second battery using a separate limited charge output intended to charge a main engine or generator starting battery.
High power of the outburst
Required to start loads with a high inrush current, such as converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
Search mode
When this mode is on, the consumption of the inverter without any charge can decrease about 70%. In this mode the Victron 48/1600VA 20-16A Inverter when operating in inverter mode, turns off if there is no or very little load, and reconnects every two seconds for a short period of time.
If the output current exceed the established level, the inverter will be still working. If not, the inverter will shut down again.
Remote configuring
When connected to the Ethernet, systems with a Color Control GX or other GX device can be accessed and settings can be changed remotely.
