Placing an order on icide.es whose headline is MegaTIC Soluciones S.L. (future ICIDE) means the acceptance of the following terms by the client.

Billing information

Sales order

The electronic documents where the contract is finished, will be archived at the company`s administration. It can be accessed only by a private account with the right client´s information.

Shipping

  • The delivery times can vary from 24 hours to 15 days, depending on the selected items. We cannot guarantee any deadlines, we just make sure that the transport company always make the dates.
  • The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs. that will be seen as soon as you are finishing you order.
  • The delivery time depends on the availability of every item, in case of not having the minimum quantity of the stock, it will be sent as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer, always making sure that it in the indicated 15 days timeline. In orders that include several products, such as Solar Kits, it is possible that the delivery will be made in several shipments.
  • An order is considered as delivered when the client has signed the parcel. Once it is delivered, we ask for checking the state of the orders items, so we can be sure that all the package was received perfectly. After 24 hours, the shipment will be accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or failure with the order.
  • If you have received a bad quality product, or if it was injured by the transport company, don’t doubt in calling us with your order number. So we can claim the shipping company. Once we receive your incidence, we will start to process the claim and send to you the new item (if it was required)

Returning terms

According to the current legislation, the return can be done at any time (following the timeline of 14 days from receiving the parcel) and it doesn`t matter the reason why. For this, the conditions set out on this page of conditions must be accepted. You can process your return by calling 968787480. For some products,the 14-day timeline is not applied, for example: custom-made or personalized items, such as solar panel structures or products with manufacturing options.

Returning terms for individuals and companies:

  • All ware has to be returned and wrapped in its original packaging with all the accessories that were included, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, ICIDE reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 3 days from the time you notify us of your desire to exercise the right.
  • The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs, that will be seen as soon as you are finishing you order. The selection of the agency it is up to you and your desires.
  • Once it is delivered, we ask for checking the state of the orders items, so we can be sure that all the package was received perfectly We will return you your payment. You will receive the return within 14 days Until we have received the wares and they have been verified, we can withhold the refund.

Warranty

Normally our products have the warranty of 2 years, except for the batteries that are just 1 year, excluding some cases when the manufacturer offers more The warranty is the one offered by the manufacturer.

The warranty of two products that were sold by ICIDE is established according to Ley 23/2003 of 10th of July de garantías en la Venta de Bienes de Consumo. That is a legal frame which main cause is to ask for a solution when the item that was sold is not as it was described, giving an option to change it (except the cases when it is impossible)

The products offered through ICIDE are top brands and of the best quality. These products have never been exposed. The products that ICIDE offers are sealed by the suppliers and manufacturers, unless expressly indicated, in which the client would be informed that the product has been examined or that a routine control has been carried out.
